Draw Your Sky（以下「本サービス」）は、実際の星空からあなただけの星座を作って共有できる Web アプリです。本ポリシーは、本サービスが収集する情報とその扱いを説明します。
1. 収集する情報
- アカウント情報（任意）：Google または Apple でログインした場合、各サービスから提供される識別子と、提供された範囲の名前・メールアドレス・プロフィール画像を受け取り、作成した星座をアカウントに紐づけるために保存します。星空の閲覧や作図にはログイン不要ですが、サーバーへの保存にはログインが必要です。
- ユーザー作成コンテンツ：星座のタイトル・ストーリー・つないだ星の図形・任意のイラスト・観測地（緯度経度・地名ラベル）・観測日時・空の明るさ（ボートル値）。共有リンクを作成すると、これらは公開され、検索エンジンにインデックスされる場合があります。
- 観測地：星空を再現するために使用します。現在地である必要はなく、地図上で自由に選べます。共有した星座には選択した地点が含まれます。iOS アプリで取得した現在地は、保存・共有時に小数点以下2桁（およそ1km）に丸めて送信します。
- 利用状況・解析データ：自社運用の集計機能により、操作イベント名、言語、端末区分（モバイル／デスクトップ）、参照元の大分類を日別の件数として保存します。解析用 Cookie、永続的な訪問者ID、完全な参照URLは使用・保存しません。
- 広告：Web サイトのギャラリーで広告を有効にした場合、Google AdSense が Cookie 等を使用することがあります。iOS アプリ内では AdSense を使用しません。
- IP アドレス：レート制限のために一時的に使用します。加えて、リアクション・通報・紹介の重複を防ぐ目的で、IP アドレスをハッシュ化した値を保存します（IP アドレスそのものは保存しません）。
- 共有キャンバス（Shared Sky）：引いた線の座標・色・引いた時刻を保存し、公開します。ログイン中に引いた線には、あなたの表示名（handle）と、参加している場合はアライアンス名が公開情報として付きます。あわせて Energy と Lumen の残高、紹介コードを保存します。通報は表示名ではなくハッシュ化した IP に紐づけて記録し、通報者が誰かは管理者にも分かりません。
- ローカルストレージ：言語設定、下書き、表示設定、ツアー表示済みフラグ、リアクションの重複防止などを端末内に保存します。
2. Cookie と類似技術
本サービスは、ログインセッション維持などの必須 Cookie を使用します。自社運用の利用状況集計には Cookie を使用しません。Web サイトで広告を有効にした場合の第三者 Cookie については、Google のパートナーサイトでの情報利用 をご覧ください。
3. 第三者サービス
本サービスは Google ログイン、Apple でサインイン、および Web 広告を有効にした場合の Google AdSense を利用します。各社の取り扱いは Google プライバシーポリシー および Apple プライバシーポリシー に従います。
共有キャンバスで Lumen を購入した場合、決済は Stripe が処理します。カード番号は Stripe が直接受け取り、本サービスのサーバーを通りません。本サービスが保存するのは、購入の照合に必要な Stripe の取引識別子・金額・日時と、どのアカウントの購入かだけです。
4. 情報の利用目的
- 本サービスの提供（星座の作成・保存・共有・閲覧、共有キャンバスへの描画）
- Lumen の購入処理と残高の管理
- サービス改善のための分析
- 広告の表示
- 不正利用の防止・コンテンツのモデレーション
5. 公開コンテンツについて
共有した星座（タイトル・ストーリー・図形・観測地・日時）は公開されます。本名や住所など、公開したくない個人情報を入力しないでください。
6. あなたの権利
- 自分の星座は、ログイン時の「マイ星座」から削除できます。アカウントと関連データは、アプリ内の「設定」から削除できます。
- パーソナライズド広告は Google 広告設定 からオプトアウトできます。
- お住まいの地域（EU/英国の GDPR、米国カリフォルニアの CCPA 等）に応じて、アクセス・訂正・削除を求める権利がある場合があります。
7. お子様について
本サービスは 13 歳未満の方を対象としていません。13 歳未満の方は利用しないでください。
8. データの保管・国際移転
データはサービス提供に必要な期間保管されます。サーバーやお使いの第三者サービスの所在地により、データが国外に移転される場合があります。
9. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは予告なく更新されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は本ページに反映します。

Draw Your Sky ("the Service") is a web app that lets you create and share your own constellations from the real night sky. This policy explains what information the Service collects and how it is used.
1. Information we collect
- Account information (optional): if you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive the provider identifier and any name, email address or profile picture the provider makes available, and store them to attach constellations to your account. Viewing and drawing the sky do not require sign-in; saving to the server does.
- User-generated content: a constellation's title, story, connected star figure, optional drawing, observation location (latitude/longitude and place label), observation time and sky brightness (Bortle value). When you create a share link, this content becomes public and may be indexed by search engines.
- Observation location: used to recreate the sky. It does not have to be your real location—you can pick any point on the map. Shared constellations include the chosen point. A current-location fix obtained in the iOS app is rounded to two decimal places (approximately 1 km) before it is sent when you save or share.
- Usage / analytics data: our self-hosted aggregate counter stores event names, language, coarse device class (mobile/desktop), and a broad referrer category as daily totals. It does not use an analytics cookie or persistent visitor identifier and does not store full referrer URLs.
- Advertising: if advertising is enabled in the website gallery, Google AdSense may use cookies or similar technologies. AdSense is not used inside the iOS app.
- IP address: used temporarily for rate limiting. In addition, a hashed form of the IP address is stored to stop duplicate reactions, reports and referrals. The IP address itself is not stored.
- Shared Sky: the coordinates, colour and time of each line you draw are stored and made public. A line drawn while signed in carries your display handle, and your alliance name if you belong to one, as public information. Your Energy and Lumen balances and your referral code are stored with your account. Reports are recorded against a hashed IP rather than a handle, so not even an administrator can see who reported something.
- Local storage: language preference, drafts, display settings, tour-seen flag and reaction de-duplication are kept on your device.
2. Cookies and similar technologies
The Service uses essential cookies, for example to keep you signed in. Our self-hosted usage counter does not use cookies. If advertising is enabled on the website, see how Google uses information from sites that use its services for third-party cookie details.
3. Third-party services
The Service uses Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, and Google AdSense when web advertising is enabled. Their handling of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and Apple Privacy Policy.
If you buy Lumen in the Shared Sky, payment is processed by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe and never pass through our servers. We store only what is needed to match a purchase to an account: Stripe's transaction identifier, the amount, the time, and which account it belongs to.
4. How we use information
- To provide the Service (create, save, share and view constellations, and draw on the Shared Sky)
- To process Lumen purchases and maintain balances
- To analyze and improve the Service
- To display advertising
- To prevent abuse and moderate content
5. Public content
Shared constellations (title, story, figure, observation location and time) are public. Please do not enter personal information you do not want to be public, such as your real name or address.
6. Your choices and rights
- You can delete your own constellations from "My constellations" when signed in. You can delete your account and associated data from Settings inside the app.
- You can opt out of personalized advertising via Google Ads Settings.
- Depending on where you live (EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA, etc.), you may have rights to access, correct or delete your data.
7. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 and they should not use it.
8. Data retention & international transfers
Data is retained for as long as needed to provide the Service. Depending on the location of our servers and third-party providers, data may be transferred internationally.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
